2. Permitted Use & Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the website design, proprietary algorithms, climate models, UI layouts, modular card architectures, textual analyses, curated destination metrics, and vector graphical assets are exclusively owned by IndexPureBuzz Meteorological Analytics Ltd. or its licensors.

Grant of Limited License: You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view climate data solely for personal travel planning or internal non-commercial research.
Prohibited Actions: You may not scrape, harvest, systematically replicate, create derivative databases, reverse engineer, or redistribute our comparison datasets via automated bots or crawlers without express prior written consent.

3. Meteorological Accuracy & Disclaimer of Warranties

Our destination weather ratings, crowd estimates, rainfall statistics, and temperature windows are constructed from multi-decade meteorological records and statistical projections.

WEATHER FORECAST DISCLAIMER: Weather conditions are inherently dynamic and subject to localized micro-climatic anomalies. The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular travel purpose, accuracy of extreme storm predictions, or guaranteed crowd counts.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law under the laws of England and Wales, IndexPureBuzz Meteorological Analytics Ltd., its directors, employees, and data suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Travel cancellations, booking fees, flight disruptions, or accommodation losses incurred based on climate projections.
Severe weather events, unexpected precipitation, or heat anomalies during your travel.
Temporary server downtime, API latency, or data transmission errors.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, United Kingdom for the settlement of any disputes.

6. Modifications to Terms
